Welcome to the new source of information about the activities of Slow Food Nova Scotia.
This site will be updated on a regular basis to include news about upcoming food excursions to local producers and to post news of interest to our members and the general public. Also, I will post pictures of past activities and the visits to the places we have toured to learn more about our local food.
There will also be information posted about activities and new initiatives from the International Slow Food office. And I will also try to include links to news stories and features from the international press about interesting food developments that are relevant to Slow Food.
